ZOHR Development project

THE GIANT OFFSURE GAS FIELD IN EGYPT

Over more than 3 years, FGE preserved and supported commissioning of over 1,300 equipment, including 554 pumps, 162 fans, 462 motors, 24 blowers, 18 compressors, 40 agitators, and 123 static equipment such as tanks, vessels, filters, boilers, and drums. This demonstrates FGE’s expertise in large-scale preservation projects, ensuring asset integrity and operational readiness.

Our Scope of work

Zohr Field is Egypt’s largest natural gas field. FGE started with a small team of 8 specialists handling Rotating Equipment Preservation for Petrojet, with Schlumberger® as the end user. Positive results led Petrobel and ENI to expand FGE’s scope to include tank box-up and static equipment preservation.
