One of the most significant and prestigious maintenance projects at MIDOR, reinforcing its position as a leading refinery in the region.
FGE successfully awarded directly from the two main contractors EMC & PETROMAINT responsible for the maintenance and revamping activities during shutdowns for two years (2021-2022) for all rotating equipment onsite:
- EMC: more than 134 different rotating equipment.
- PETROMAINT: more than 100 different rotating equipment.
Our Scope of work
FGE was directly commissioned by the main contractors EMC and PETROMAINT to perform maintenance and revamping activities for rotating equipment on-site during scheduled shutdowns over a two-year period (2021–2022). The work included detailed inspection and condition assessment of the equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance, mechanical repairs, alignment and balancing, replacement of worn or damaged components, performance testing and commissioning after maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability and optimized operational performance post-shutdown
