Our Scope of work
Under its Pumps Repair & Refurbishment Agreements, FGE provides a complete lifecycle solution to restore and enhance pump performance. The scope includes detailed inspection and diagnostics, dismantling and cleaning, precision machining of worn components, replacement of seals, bearings, and impellers, shaft repair and balancing, as well as coating and surface treatment to protect against corrosion and erosion. After reassembly, pumps undergo hydrostatic and performance testing to ensure compliance with OEM standards, extending service life, improving efficiency, reducing unplanned downtime, and enabling cost-effective asset management.
